Qualifications
All new persons expressing an interest in working in the playgroup are encouraged to take a relevant degree, certificate or diploma or an NVQ equivalent qualification and they are given work experience and as much help as possible within the playgroup setting.
The staff regularly attend short courses and workshops put on by the Early Years Development Team to further develop their skills and keep their knowledge updated.
